Weekend in Jackson

This past weekend we were in Jackson, GA visiting Bert's family.  We had many things to celebrate this weekend....Thanksgiving, Grandmama and Pawpaw's wedding anniversary, Jeff's birthday, and just being together!  On Friday morning we all got up and Bert's parents treated all of us with a trip to the Georgia Aquarium!!  It was sooo much fun!  Rosemary, Alison and Stephen's little girl, wins the award for being the most excited about everything we got to see at the aquarium.  The aquarium really was amazing and so much fun, but being there with Rosemary made it even more exciting.  I would recommend asking Alison and Stephen if she can go with your family if you're planning a trip in the near future.:)

Emily and Rosemary were attached at the hip the entire day!  Emily was really excited about being at the aquarium and seeing all the fish, etc., but I think she was equally as excited about being with Rosemary.  She basically held her hand the entire day.  If Rosemary got more than two feet away then Emily would start shouting her name asking her to wait!  Rosemary was so sweet to include Em all day!

In the picture below we were in a glass tunnel with water and fish all around us.  Hannah had just noticed all the fish above us when I snapped the picture.  She was excited!:)

Hanging out with Grandmama...she does love her grandbabies!

Hannah has a special place in her heart for her Pawpaw!  She literally lights up when she sees him.  It doesn't matter if we are FaceTiming with them or if he walks into the room where she is.  She gets SO excited! Sweet!

Family picture - Emily 3 1/2, Hannah 21 months, and Baby Watts 33 weeks in utero.

Sweet cousins!

We were also able to see the dolphin show while we were there.  It was a-mazing!!

Family picture...we missed Carrie, Michael, and Michael's crew!

The girls were worn slap out after our fun day!  Hannah was asleep before we got out of the parking deck and Em wasn't far behind her.  I love watching our babies sleep!

Friday night Alison and Stephen had an adoption party over at Stephen's mom's house.  They're raising money to bring home their second daughter from Uganda....so excited!  They had so much great stuff...so thankful we were able to be there!

On Saturday we had a big lunch to celebrate all the special occasions that I mentioned above.  Rosemary was singing and playing the drums for us....our girls were dancing!  Rosemary is talented....loved listening to her!

It was fun to get to see Michael  (Bert's brother) and his family on Saturday.  Millie and Billie are getting so big and Aidan is one of the kindest, most respectful 6th graders I know!

I took about 8 pictures of the pose below...this was the best one.  Keeping Millie, Billie and Hannah all still at the same time proved to be impossible on this particular day!:)

All the cousins!

We had a really fun weekend!  We're thankful for our family and for being able to spend time with them!!
