Thanksgiving in Toccoa

After our lake trip we headed over to Toccoa to spend Thanksgiving with the Roberts crowd.

Thanksgiving morning all cuddled up watching the parade.

Emily would get up when they played a good dance song in the parade and would do a dance for us. I caught her mid-dance one time and I loved the action shot.

Abby enjoyed her first Thanksgiving!

I was thankful to have Abby in my arms this Thanksgiving and to not be pregnant.  :)

The two littlest were playing inside some while the other 4 were outside running around.

Mom offered to keep all the kids so that Kate, Brett, Stanley, Daddy, Bert and I could all go to a movie together on Thanksgiving night.  Kate and I felt bad about leaving her with such a large number of demanding little people, but she shooed us out the door.  Bert got this picture as we were walking out the door.  She had it under control.

She texted us this picture of all 6 of them later to show us they were being "angles."  Ha!:)

My good-friend-since-kindergarten, Misty, stopped by to say hey to us about an hour before we headed down to Jackson. We used to have "spend the night parties" about once a weekend growing up, she also went on many vacations with my family.  Love her so much! It was great to see her!!

Misty has two little girls and she brought her oldest over with her when she stopped by.  Emily Dickerson is about 3 months younger than Emily Watts, but a good little bit taller.  They had fun playing together.

Emily Dickerson's cousin, Merritt, also came over with them.  All three of these girls are in 1st grade. Cuties!

Thankful!
