Easter 2018

The girls were excited about their Easter baskets that they got on Easter morning!  We keep it to pretty small, inexpensive items, but when you multiply it by 4 it still adds up.  They each got a new spring outfit, which they were excited about.  Hannah and Claire wore their new duds later that day!

I loved this sweet picture of the girls that I got before we headed outside.

The Easter dresses were thanks (again) to Mimi and Papa.  We found them at Belk online and I was excited for them to get to match again this year!

After church and lunch we jumped in the van and headed to Toccoa.  (We fed them sandwiches in Bert's office just before we left.)  We made it to Toccoa about 2pm and took some quick pictures in my parents' backyard before we all changed out of our Easter stuff .

I only heard 1 negative comment from the girls about them matching this year and it wasn't even really a complaint.  Cuties!

Love my hubby!

And love my Mama!  (Picture taken by Emily)

Stanley and Alisha made it to mom and dad's about an hour after we did and then Katherine and her family came shortly after them.

While we were waiting on everyone to get there the girls dyed eggs and drew on some with chalk.

They were excited to see Jacob and Ressie!

Jacob broke his arm a couple weeks ago and has been a trooper about it.  We all enjoyed getting to sign his cast!

Mimi and Papa set up an Easter egg hunt for the kids in the front yard.  Jacob, Emily and Hannah were on the big hill and the little 3 were just in front of the house.

Hannah collected the most eggs and won a prize which made her happy!

We had a wonderful day of celebrating our Risen Savior and spending a fun afternoon/evening with family!!  So much to be thankful for!
