Field Day, End of School Celebrations, and the LAST DAY!

The girls had so much fun at their Field Day this year, and I was glad that I got to help out at it! It wasn't too hot or cold and all the kids were so excited.

I helped out with "Beach Ball Dodge Ball."  We had a huge beach ball that you can see in the picture below and me and the other two workers ran around and tried to get the kids out.  It was tiring but fun!

I loved getting to see these two cute kids when they came by my station.

They had sooo many fun games for the kids and so many volunteers helped to pull the games off.  Our school does such a great job with field day every year!

Hannah's class at the end of field day!

Not long after Field Day all classes started having their end of the year awards programs.

Emily had her end of the year celebration and was one of 3 kids in her class to be on the Principal's Honor Roll, which means she made all A's all year!!  We were so proud of her hard work.

She's loved Mrs. Windham this year and Mrs. Windham has loved her.  Mrs. Windham said she was like a "little mini adult," which is a good way to describe our Emily.

Hannah's had such a great year in kindergarten this year!!

In the picture below, the lady on the right is Ms. Powell, her teacher, the lady on the left is Mrs. Merritt, her teacher's assistant, and I'm not sure who the lady in the middle is....I think just someone's grandma!

Emily had these same two teachers when she was in Kindergarten and we have loved them both times!!

Ms. Powell is so loving and patient.  Hannah was excited about going to school every single day!

We are proud of our Hannah Beth!

Their last day finally arrived.  They were both happy and sad.

Thankful for another great year!!  We're enjoying summer for now, but the kids are already excited about finding out who their teachers will be next year!
